OrderLyne is a complete ecommerce platform for Indian D2C brands and Instagram sellers — store, WhatsApp, courier, and GST in one app. We started OrderLyne because the rest of the world's ecommerce tools weren't designed for the way India actually does commerce.
Why we built this
Indian D2C brands run their business across five tools and a WhatsApp group.
Talk to any growing D2C brand selling out of India. They'll tell you the same story: the store lives on Shopify or a marketplace. WhatsApp updates go out manually, or through AiSensy. Shipping runs through Shiprocket. GST reports get pieced together in a spreadsheet at the end of every month. Meta ad performance lives in a tab somewhere. Each tool is fine in isolation; together they cost ₹4,000–₹6,000/month and still don't talk to each other.
Meanwhile the actual selling — the part that pays for everything else — happens on Instagram, WhatsApp, and the merchant's own storefront. That's where Indian commerce actually is. The tools that serve that reality should be bundled, India-first, and priced like an Indian business can afford them — including a free tier for the merchants who are just starting out.
So we built one.
