No. Your Shopify store keeps running during setup. You flip your domain over to OrderLyne when you're 100% ready — usually 2–5 days after we start. Only then do you cancel Shopify.
That's the point. Most of them are built into OrderLyne — WhatsApp automation, reviews with photos, abandoned cart, discount rules, shipping, GSTR1 reports. You cancel the apps. The ones that aren't built in (very specific niche ones) we'll tell you about upfront.
We preserve all your product URLs (handles), add 301 redirects for collection URLs, and keep your meta titles and descriptions. SEO dips on the first 2 weeks are normal and recover. We also add schema markup Shopify doesn't have by default.
