Yes — custom domains are available on the Growth plan and above. Add your domain (yourbrand.com or shop.yourbrand.com) from the dashboard, add a single DNS record at your provider, and we handle the rest. SSL certificates are provisioned automatically via Let's Encrypt — zero technical setup, and we renew them for you. On Free and Starter, your storefront is available at yourstore.orderlyne.in.

You have two options. Option 1 — connect your own WABA: messages go from your number, full branding control, you pay Meta directly for conversations, no markup from us. Option 2 — OrderLyne managed WhatsApp: available as an add-on to any plan for ₹299/month, includes up to 200 messages/month, zero setup required. Recommended for merchants who want to skip the Meta verification process.

Starter, Growth, and Pro add full automation — COD confirmation, shipping and delivery flows, abandoned cart recovery, and custom WhatsApp templates. Growth and Pro additionally unlock the marketing surface: WhatsApp broadcasts, drip sequences, and (Pro) A/B testing. You pay Meta directly for message costs; there's no per-message markup from us.

Yes — two paths. (1) Connect your Shopify store and use OrderLyne for ops only (WhatsApp, shipping, GSTR1, analytics). Your Shopify store keeps running. (2) Or migrate fully to OrderLyne and stop paying Shopify entirely. Most merchants on Shopify save ₹4,000–₹5,000/month after migrating, since they cancel Shopify + AiSensy + Shiprocket + Judge.me. Yes, anytime from Settings → Subscription. Upgrading is immediate and we prorate the difference against your next bill. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose access to features you've already paid for. Your data, stores, workflows, and integrations stay intact across plan changes.

The Free plan is free forever — no card needed, no trial clock. Starter, Growth, and Pro come with a 14-day free trial of the full plan; you only add payment details when you decide to continue after the trial.

We accept all major Indian credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. For yearly plans, you can also pay via NEFT/bank transfer — contact support and we'll share invoice details. All prices are in INR and exclusive of 18% GST. You get a GST-compliant invoice every month for your records.

Yes — no lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Cancel from Settings → Subscription and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data stays in your account for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to come back. Yearly plans can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund for unused months.
