This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for OrderLyne's subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

Important Notice

OrderLyne does not provide refunds on paid plans. All subscription fees paid are final and non-refundable. Please use our free plan or available free trial to evaluate OrderLyne before upgrading.

1. No Refund Policy

OrderLyne operates on a strict no-refund policy for all paid subscription plans and services. Once a payment is processed:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
  • No refunds will be provided if you choose to cancel your subscription mid-cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for any add-ons or additional services purchased

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at hello@orderlyne.app.

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be deleted

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Renewal Reminder

We recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date if you wish to evaluate whether to continue your subscription. Once renewed, the payment is non-refundable.

3. Free Plan & Free Trial

OrderLyne offers a free plan with no time limit, plus free trial periods on paid plans, so you can fully evaluate our services before committing:

  • The free plan lets you launch a real store and process up to 50 orders / month — free forever
  • Free trials on paid plans let you test premium features without charge
  • No payment information is required to start on the free plan or a free trial
  • At the end of any trial, you must actively subscribe to continue using premium features

We strongly recommend: Use the free plan and any free trial to thoroughly test OrderLyne's features and ensure it meets your business needs before subscribing, as no refunds will be issued after payment.

4. Billing Errors

In the rare event of a billing error on our part (such as being charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service), please contact us immediately at hello@orderlyne.app. We will investigate and correct any legitimate billing errors.

Billing error corrections are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not considered refunds under this policy.

5. Service Modifications

OrderLyne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. In the event of significant service changes:

  • We will provide reasonable notice to affected users
  • You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the changes
  • No refunds will be issued for service modifications

6. Account Termination

6.1 Termination by OrderLyne

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
  • Access to the service will be immediately revoked
  • You may request your data within 30 days of termination

6.2 Termination by User

If you choose to terminate your account:

  • You may cancel through account settings or by contacting support
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription
  • Your data will be available for export for 30 days

7. Payment Failures

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times
  • You will receive notifications about the failed payment
  • Service may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days
  • You can update your payment method at any time in account settings

8. Price Changes

OrderLyne may modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice:

  • Price changes apply to subsequent billing cycles
  • You may cancel before the new price takes effect
  • Continuing to use the service after the price change constitutes acceptance
  • No refunds are issued due to price changes

9. Exceptions

While our policy is strictly no refunds, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion in the following rare circumstances:

  • Extended service outages: If our service is unavailable for an extended period significantly exceeding our SLA commitments
  • Legal requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not set precedent for future requests.

10. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception under Section 9, you may submit a request:

  • Include your account email and subscription details
  • Provide a clear explanation of your circumstances
  • Allow up to 10 business days for a response
