Yes. Your WABA moves with you — same number, same Meta approvals, same customer conversations. Only the backend platform changes.
OrderLyne uses the same Meta WhatsApp Cloud API that Interakt uses (also supports Twilio as alternative). Delivery reliability is identical — it's all the same underlying WhatsApp network.
We export and import your contacts, preserving tags, attributes, and segments. For lists over 50k contacts, we do a phased import to respect rate limits.
Yes. Our Social Starter plan (₹499/mo) is WhatsApp-focused. You can keep your existing Shopify/store platform and use OrderLyne for WhatsApp only — then add the store + shipping later.
Both support multi-agent conversations, assigning chats, notes, and quick replies. OrderLyne's inbox is more tightly integrated with order data — you see the customer's order history, shipping status, and CLV right next to the conversation.
